1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") govern the use of the MakeImpression.eu website (hereinafter: the "Service"). 2. The owner and administrator of the Service is Fundacja Promocji Badań nad Węchem i AI (Foundation for the Promotion of Olfactory and AI Research), KRS: 0001201057, NIP: 8361891220, REGON: 543082380 (hereinafter: the "Foundation" or the "Administrator"). 3. Technical operation of the Service, on behalf of the Foundation, is carried out by ULhub sp. z o.o., KRS: 0001191282, NIP: 7831935926, REGON: 542561523 (hereinafter: the "Technical Operator"). 4. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

Terms used herein shall have the following meanings: • Service — the website available at makeimpression.eu, including all subpages. • User — any person using the Service. • Services — services provided electronically by the Foundation through the Service. • Newsletter — a service consisting of periodic delivery of information by email to the provided email address. • Ecosystem — a collection of applications and tools presented on the Service, related to the Foundation's activities. • GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

3. Scope of Services

1. MakeImpression.eu enables: a) learning about the Foundation's activities and the application ecosystem, b) using the contact form, c) subscribing to the newsletter, d) accessing informational and educational content. 2. All services provided through the Service are free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the scope of offered services and will inform Users via a notice on the Service.

4. Rules of Use

1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and good practices. 2. The following are prohibited: a) actions that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Service, b) using the Service content in a manner inconsistent with the law, c) submitting unlawful content through forms, d) attempting unauthorized access to Service resources. 3. Using the Service requires a device with Internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.

5. Newsletter

1. The User may voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address. 2. The newsletter is delivered through the GetResponse platform (GetResponse S.A.). 3. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by: a) clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message, b) contacting the Administrator at [email protected]. 4. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not require providing a reason and takes effect immediately.

6. Application Ecosystem

1. The Service presents information about the ecosystem of applications and tools related to the Foundation's activities (including MakeDecision.eu, MakeImpression.eu). 2. Each application within the ecosystem may have separate terms and conditions and privacy policy. 3. The Administrator is not responsible for the operation of external applications to which the Service may link.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio and video files, page layout, and software, is the property of the Foundation or its partners and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws. 2. Use of Service content is permitted solely for personal use. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using content for commercial purposes without written consent of the Foundation is prohibited. 3. Trade names, logos, and trademarks presented on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

8. Liability

1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Service operates properly and continuously, but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free availability. 2. The Administrator shall not be liable for: a) interruptions in Service access resulting from technical causes, maintenance, or force majeure, b) consequences of using the Service in a manner inconsistent with the Terms, c) content submitted by Users (e.g., through contact forms), d) actions of third parties. 3. The Technical Operator ensures ongoing maintenance of the Service's technical infrastructure and takes measures to ensure data security.

9. Complaints

1. The User has the right to file complaints regarding the functioning of the Service at: [email protected]. 2. A complaint should include: a) User identification data (name, email address), b) description of the issue, c) expected resolution. 3. The Administrator will process the complaint within 14 business days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome via email.

10. Changes to the Terms

1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. 2. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the Service. 3. Users will be informed of significant changes to the Terms via a notice on the Service. 4. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the GDPR. 2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Foundation's registered office. 3. These Terms take effect on May 15, 2025.
